The merged weld log
One row per weld — planned, welded, and NDE results together. WeldType (BW/AW), repair lifecycle (OW → C1 → R1), and status read across the room: colour, icon, and label.
Heat → mill-cert traceability
Every weld links to its heat numbers, those heats to the material, and the material to its EN 10204 mill certificate. Coverage gaps surface first, so nothing ships uncertified.
NDT / NDE tracking
Record examination method, stage, report number, and result per weld. Repair rates and outstanding NDT roll up into analytics you can hand to the client.
Welders & qualifications
Welder register with stamps, WQT certificates, P-numbers and positions (6G), and qualification expiry — flagged before a welder's ticket lapses on the job.
